Italy Day 19- We had a whirlwind day! With glorious weather, we took water taxis down the Grand Canal and took in all the sights from the water on the way to Piazza San Marco. We met our local guide who took us to the Bridge of Sighs, then all around the Piazza and through the neighborhoods of San Marco. After a glass blowing demonstration, we toured the Doge Palace, Correr Museum, and St. Mark’s Cathedral (sorry, no photos allowed). We capped the day with a farewell dinner with our Odysseys Unlimited group at a local restaurant.
